Arabian Ranches is an Emaar community on Dubai mainland, so structural and external changes need an Emaar NOC and a Dubai Municipality permit under the Dubai Building Code (2021 Edition). Electrical and plumbing changes go through DEWA, and anything affecting fire safety needs Dubai Civil Defence approval. From January 2026, your main contractor must be classified and registered under Dubai’s contracting law. We manage all of it.
